LOST

So, I must admit how incredibly bummed I am that LOST will be over after tonight.  I started watching this show because I was up late nursing Sam when he was an infant.  Whatever night it was on back then, it was basically the only thing on.  We only have network television so we are limited.  Anyway, it was season 3.  I got hooked and then watched all the episodes that I had missed.  Of couse, I own all the DVDs and have watched the entire season again in prep for the Series Finale tonight.  So, I thought I'd share some favorites...

My top five favorite characters, no particular order:
1) Kate
2) Sawyer
3) John Locke (before he died and became the smoke monster)
4) Sun
5) Charlie
(Does it mean something that 3 of my favorites have died?)

Most touching episode:
This one makes me cry every single time.  It's the episode in season 3 where Charlie writes the list of this top five memorable moments.  If you aren't familiar with it, Desmond has told Charlie that the only way to get saved is for Charlie to dive down to the underwater station and flip the switch on the blocking signal.  Of couse, Desmond also tells Charlie that he will die doing this.  Charlie, knowing he is going to die, writes a list of his most memorable times.  His five: first time he hears his band's song on the radio, learning to swim with his dad, the Christmas his brother gave him the DS ring, having a woman call him a hero when he fights off her mugger, and the night he met Claire. 
This makes me cry everytime...of course, I then cry during the next episode where Charlie actually dies.

Main character I liked the least:
Juliet- she just seemed like a smug bitch.  I wasn't a big fan of hers at all. 

Moment that always makes me smile:  When Hugo gets the VW bus running and they take a ride. 

I am really going to miss this show.
