Maybe...

Perhaps we have turned a corner with Sam. Last night, I really didn't have any other ideas about how to secure his diaper so I didn't really try. I just did a onsie and some pj's. He woke up this morning and just stood in his crib yelling "wake up." Since he was being noisy, I knew he wasn't painting. I left him in there for about 20 minutes. We have a rule about getting out of bed before 7 am. I went in at 7, and he had a dirty diaper, but didn't touch it!! Yea!!!! Then at nap time, he unsnapped his pants, but again, didn't play with his dirty diaper. Do I dare hope? Do I dream of a time when I don't have to scrub the walls and the crib? Oh I really hope so!
